  • Can I pick up my order instead of paying shipping?
    If you live in the DFW area, we offer pick-ups! Please select "pick-up" at shipping and we will get in concact with you with the address that you should travel to. All plant items should be picked up within 1-2 days due to their perishable nature and gift items should be picked up within 1-5 days. There are no returns or exchanges on plant items, so make sure to plan according!
  • Can I return or exchange items?
    For all plant items: No returns or exchanges. For all gift items: Shipping for returns or exchanges must be payed for by the customer. Please contact us within 14 days to recieve more information about returns and exchanges.
  • How do I volunteer?

  • Where do the profits from the shop go?
    100% of profits will benefit the community. What this means is that part of the profits will be used as operational costs for our organization, which funding our community service projects and supporting our members. The remainder will be donated to causes we believe in! The specific cause will vary by season, but it will be listed on our homepage.
